Feeling our feelings is a practice that requires practical skills, embodied nervous system capacity, and an integrated understanding of what emotion is.

Feelings 101 introduces an embodied trauma-informed framework for understanding and actually feeling your feelings. Learn how to stay with and move through your feelings without moving into avoidance, blame or overwhelm.

This class is open to all, and the first class in my 8 week course How to Feel.
